This is the culmination of the story of five individuals who came together, united in their adventurous spirit and ever curious fascination about food.
Drawing on their combined experiences working with food - either directly as a chef, or as the average two-a-penny foodie enthusiast - they are bringing to life their common dream of opening a café featuring a brand which represents a quality product, a high standard of service, and a one-of-a-kind experience. That's what The Hatter And The Hare embodies and more!
The café is a 160-seat foodie haven located in the suburb of Bayswater, 30 KMs east of Melbourne CBD and the gateway to the Dandenongs and Yarra Valley. It boasts of two production kitchens - the main kitchen that serves out hot and cold dishes for breakfast and lunch, and an exposed dedicated patisserie kitchen that offers customers a view of how their sweet products are made from scratch and delivered directly to the tables.
If there's anything that sets them apart, it's the high tea parties filled with colours, tastes, and smells that will set your senses on hyperdrive.
